Smaller organizations often need a practical combination of website improvements, reliable publishing, customer forms and ongoing help rather than a large standalone technology program.
Engagement
Across separate engagements, we worked with aviation, fabrication, professional-services, fitness and yoga businesses and an education-sector search firm. Each had its own build, support or communications scope.
What we delivered
- An aviation website rescue and redesign, customer quote forms, multilingual support, hosting/email transition and administrator assistance.
- Branding and a fabrication-company CMS site delivered with a design partner, with a confirmed launch in February 2012 and staff content handoff.
- Professional-services websites, broker/quote forms, content changes and continued hosting support.
- An education-sector search firm's website conversion, client go-live approval in November 2015 and subsequent hosting renewals.
- Fitness-business newsletters and staff enablement, plus a discrete 2021 handoff of old blog HTML/history for migration to Wix.
- Yoga-studio schedules, teacher/workshop content and newsletter preparation through 2015.
Outcome
Launch confirmations, working-form feedback, campaign-send receipts and content handoffs document practical delivery across these projects. Teams received systems they could use and maintain, with follow-up assistance as their needs changed.
The 2008–2021 span covers separate projects and later support tasks, not a continuous retainer with every organization. Related owners, vendors and proposed ventures are kept distinct from completed client work.
