A full-service business consulting firm, since 2007
ListenToSee is dedicated to helping clients "fast-forward" to achieving their goals and building effective organizations. We work closely with each client to identify core strengths and market opportunities, and we create strategies that maximize them — so companies can expand their presence, increase profits, and remain competitive. As the business environment becomes more virtual, we help organizations put the right technology in place to conduct business and support customers wherever they are.
Two practices, one approach
Strategic planning and coaching. Just as athletic coaches provide guidance and counsel to their players, we provide guidance and counsel to our clients: which technologies, tools, and resources will most effectively help them achieve their objectives. We believe that if you are not measuring your efforts you will never know whether they are effective, so every plan comes with the metrics to judge it.
System integration and application development. Our analysts have worked with Fortune 500 companies and sole proprietorships. We start by analyzing a company's needs and then design a solution to fit the need and the budget. Many times that analysis has shown that an off-the-shelf program fits better than a custom one — which has saved our clients thousands of dollars and countless hours of building and maintaining their own software.
Our philosophy
We have a simple yet fundamental guiding philosophy: remove the clutter from the business process. We encourage clients to set the "how" aside in their strategy planning long enough to be clear about the "why" of their primary objectives. Once those objectives are validated, we help apply the best resources available to achieve them in the most efficient and cost-effective way possible.
Education and workforce development
Since 2010 we have consulted with California's community colleges and workforce programs — curriculum, statewide portals, digital credentials, annual educator conferences, and cybersecurity education — to promote workforce development. That practice produced our flagship product, Aye Wanda, and it is why our research partner is synED, the nonprofit our founder leads.
