ListenToSee, Inc. ("we") operates listentosee.com. This page describes what the site collects and what we do with it.
What we collect
Contact requests. When you submit the contact form we collect your first and last name, email address, phone number (optional), the service you selected, your message (optional), the page the form was on, and your browser's user-agent string.
Site traffic. Our hosting provider, Vercel, records standard request logs (IP address, URL, timestamps) to operate the site and detect abuse. The contact form is protected by Vercel BotID, which runs a browser challenge to distinguish people from automated submissions.
We do not use advertising trackers or sell personal information.
How we use it
Contact requests are used to respond to you and to schedule the evaluation you asked about. They are stored in a database hosted by Supabase and delivered to us by email through SendGrid. Both providers process the data on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies.
Retention and your choices
We keep contact requests for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of the inquiry. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email info@listentosee.com or call 310.613.4534. California residents may exercise their rights under the CCPA through the same address.
