## Context

A statewide association and its member transportation operators needed dependable websites, member administration, event registration and ways to communicate with customers and one another.

## Engagement

From 2009 to 2015 we hosted, administered and upgraded the association's portal. Separate operator engagements covered website modernization, content, search visibility and digital marketing.

## What we delivered

- Association hosting, security updates, backups, migration and CMS upgrades, with member billing, events and a searchable directory.
- A members-only reference library, classified-listing administration, contributor instruction and routine content support.
- Newsletter and email-campaign production, meeting/expo promotion, registration exports and payment/subscription coordination.
- Nomination forms, election communications and publishing support.
- For individual operators: website/SEO evaluation, fleet and service-page updates, customer-contact features, website launches and a delivered 2013 SEO review.

## Outcome

The association used a maintained platform for recurring member and event operations, while operators received separate improvements to their customer-facing sites. One operator's website was confirmed live by February 2012, alongside continued marketing support.

Each operator had its own scope and outcome. Declined or deferred rebuild proposals are not counted as completed websites, and election communications are not presented as a delivered secure online-voting system.
