## Context

An international shipment-consolidation startup needed a website that could serve as a communication hub for customers and their shipments.

## Engagement

We worked with a design partner in 2008–2009 to turn the business process into a customer portal, from registration and private spaces to notifications and payment support.

## What we delivered

- Workflow analysis and a CMS-based customer portal with registration and private customer spaces.
- Notification configuration and testing, with the client confirming working messages in December 2008.
- Design/interface coordination, customer content entry and follow-up support.
- PayPal integration support and subsequent payment-related updates.

## Outcome

The client praised the completed site in February 2009 and later reported an active customer while discussing payment support. The evidence establishes a functioning portal and continued assistance, without implying broader sales or growth results.

Generated images are illustrations, not photographs of actual client projects or evidence of delivery. Archive artifacts are separately identified on the source pages.
