## Context

A patient-information nonprofit needed its websites, member community, clinician directory, donations and continuing-education offering to work together for staff and visitors.

## Engagement

Beginning in 2013, we configured and supported its CMS ecosystem and related workflows, helping staff manage content and resolve technical problems through subsequent support engagements.

## What we delivered

- Website and hosting setup, community/membership configuration and support across related information sites.
- Directory and member-access workflows, store coordination, donation-form repairs and routine site support.
- Continuing-education login, navigation and course-access configuration, with working-test and staff-acknowledgement receipts in 2014 and further module support in 2015.
- Survey tooling and spreadsheet-analysis guidance, plus staff instruction and troubleshooting.

## Outcome

The nonprofit gained working access and navigation for its education offering, with ongoing support for the directory, donations and site operations. Its staff supplied much of the course content and assessment material; our contribution was technical configuration and enablement.

Accounting integration and a proposed quiz game remained exploratory. Later migration assistance is distinct from the original build and support described here.
