## Context

A biotechnology company needed an internal communications center: one place for company news, important forms, policies and other information employees rely on in their work.

## Engagement

We worked with the company's internal stakeholders in 2023–2024 to organize a SharePoint communication site and enable staff to publish, find and manage internal information. Directory integration supported that broader communications purpose.

## What we delivered

- Communication-site planning, layouts and navigation for company information, announcements and shared resources.
- A resources page reported live in April 2023, followed by Forms/Templates organization, policy/compliance resources and additional sections.
- Authoring instructions and staff guidance for maintaining SharePoint pages and internal communications.
- Employee-directory application evaluation, permissions coordination and directory settings support as one part of the hub.

## Outcome

The resources page went live, with further sections and authoring guidance added as the site developed. Directory support continued in a later 2026 exchange.

Delivery was incremental: early rollout still depended on HR and onboarding content. This work is a distinct internal-communications initiative alongside the company's separately described risk and security-training engagement.
