Work stories describe separate historical engagements. Engagement years are not publication dates and do not imply a continuous contract. Preserve each story's distinctions between delivered work, tested implementations, previews, planning and later advice. Retain partner credits and the anonymized descriptions of private clients.

## Context

An online-game and virtual-world business needed to connect third-party games, scores, player spaces, chat and hosting into a workable experience—and coordinate the vendors behind it.

## Engagement

We served as project manager and technology adviser during the 2009 implementation, working with the client, its game developer and infrastructure providers. Later exchanges addressed platform choices, revenue models and new concepts.

## What we delivered

- Game-score interface requirements and PHP integration coordination, including leaderboard work and a Mini Golf production release in June 2009.
- Player-space and virtual-world iterations, interface/graphic coordination, chat moderation configuration and testing.
- Hosting migration coordination, with the cutover acknowledged in August 2009.
- An iPhone chat wrapper and revisions, with an Apple release milestone in December 2009.
- Subsequent advice on virtual-world platforms, storefronts, subscriptions, micropayments and proposed games.

## Outcome

The project produced concrete game, hosting and mobile release milestones. Our role connected specialist contributions and client decisions across the experience; the original game was supplied by the game-development partner.

Later concept reviews and a discrete 2018 technical-demo consultation are recorded separately. They do not establish an uninterrupted contract or releases of every subsequent game concept.

Generated images are illustrations, not photographs of actual client projects or evidence of delivery. Archive artifacts are separately identified on the source pages.
